He grew up in one of the roughest neighborhoods in Chicago. He had a dark history of drugs but even in the midst of it all he has always been blessed to succeed at anything he put his mind to. After years of drug abuse, street violence, disrespect of authority and unruly behavior he still was given a second chance at life and this time he is going back to the streets to do what the devil tried to do to him. Destroy him. He is a member of the Living Word Church And World Outreach Ministries in St Paul, Minnesota. Under the direction of Pastor Lesley Ford. He is an ordained deacon at the Living Word

His greatest desire is to make a great impact on the Twin Cities and the world. He owns and operates Jerrvals Record Company and the JerrVals Gospel Sound Television Show that airs on cable television. The program showcases all types of gospel music ministries. JerrVals also produces the two hour radio show JerrVals Gospel Sound.

The goal of all this activity is to bring back the integrity that is missing in today gospel music industry, by treating gospel recording artist with respect, financial stability, and expose their dream to listeners across the country and around the world.
