I was born and raised in Houston, Texas where my father Rev. Eugene Fields, Sr. ministered for several years. The Lord was dealing with me since I was about nine years old. One day about the age of thirteen the Lord gave me a special gift when he led me to the piano, the Holy Spirit came over me and I began to play, and have been for several years.

As the years went by I felt as if my parents had a tight rope around my neck because they did not let me do the things I wanted to do. When I turned eighteen, I thought I was grown and started to do the wrong things, selling drugs and hanging with the wrong crowd. I went to jail where I had the chance to sit and think about some things.

The Holy Spirit showed me the good things the Lord did for me and all I thought of was the bad things. I gave my life back to Christ and when I got out of jail the Lord spoke to me saying pack up and move to Minnesota. I did not ask questions, just had faith. The Lord brought my wife and I together and we have two beautiful kids.

The Lord gave me a vision "Through gospel rap to reach the ones that were just like me." I said Lord, "I can't rap." That's when things started to go wrong in my life because I doubted myself as well as the power of God. I didn't realize at that moment I allowed Satan to come in and try to destroy the works of the Lord. I made Satan out as a liar as who he really is by going into the studio and to start working on my cd project. I thank God for giving me words of life.
